Product Profile of Automatically Operated ESD Eliminator

Automatically Operated ESD Eliminator removes residual charges on the EUT. The ESD Eliminator is provided with a control signal from the ESS-2000AX that turns on the switch of the eliminator to drain away the residual charges on the EUT to the ground. The ESD Eliminator works on two modes of operations such as turn-on after each discharge and turn-on after preset number of discharges [Not compliant with the standard]. Automatically Operated ESD Eliminator is connected to the ESS-2000AX simulator main unit.
